BIO

Born in Munich and raised in Berlin, Johannes grew up playing soccer in elementary school but never found a passion for it. Encouraged by his parents to stay active, he discovered American football at age 10.

His journey took him to Miami, where he played high school football before being recruited by NFL Academy coaches.

Inspired by the opportunity for greater development and exposure, he joined the Academy to grow under Coach Chase’s guidance. His favourite team are the Miami Dolphins, and his favourite player is Aaron Donald.
