Jude was born in Stamford, England, and grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland. He initially participated in swimming, skiing, and rugby before discovering American football. Inspired by his brother, who played for the Napier Knights, Jude transitioned fully to football.

He was introduced to the NFL Academy through a family connection and attended the combine at Loughborough University. Drawn by the contact, dedication, and overall vibe of the team, Jude joined the Academy.

Alongside his studies in History, Psychology, and Biology, he is a massive music enthusiast, enjoying EDM, rock, as well as art and bodybuilding. A fan of the Miami Dolphins, his current favorite NFL player is TJ Watt, and his all-time favorites are Ray Lewis and Tom Brady.
