LJ was born and raised in England, where he discovered American football after visiting his uncle in Texas in 2024. Inspired by the sport, Lennon returned to the UK and immediately joined a local team to begin his football journey.

After an impressive game, Coach Chase Baker reached out to Lennon and invited him to attend camps before offering him the opportunity to join the NFL Academy following a trial. Lennon chose the Academy for the development and exposure it provides, as well as the opportunity to be part of a strong brotherhood.

Alongside football, Lennon is studying Sport Coaching and Physiotherapy. Away from the field, he enjoys music and cooking. A fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Lennon looks up to players including Deuce Geralds, Kumari Copeland and legendary defensive tackle Aaron Donald as he continues his development.
