Seb was born in South London and grew up in West Norwood, where he first developed his athletic background through soccer before being introduced to American football. He began training with his local team, the London Warriors, and quickly fell in love with the sport. Seeking more opportunities to grow, he joined XL Performance, a program that helped him prepare for the next step in his journey.

Through social media, Seb connected with the NFL Academy and was invited to visit and train with the team in Loughborough. After impressing the coaches, he was offered a place at the Academy. Drawn by the strong environment created by both players and coaches, as well as the exposure to the United States, he saw it as the ideal place to continue improving.

Alongside his studies in maths, biology, and chemistry, Seb enjoys reading, watching movies, and TV shows. A Baltimore Ravens fan, he especially admires wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase.
