In partnership with UpskillU, the NFL Foundation UK has launched a programme that supports the reduction of serious youth violence in London.

Combining social development and physical activity, the programme includes a 12-week group workshop (delivered by Exodus) that covers a range of issues including: knife crime, gangs, serious youth offending, grooming, county lines and criminal exploitation. Paired with the physical activity of NFL Flag – which champions inclusivity by offering places for all ages, genders, body types and abilities – this programme aims to provide learning experiences, teamwork opportunities (such as competitions and NFL London Games involvement) and pathways to continue their participation in American football through the years.
