Adam was born and raised in south-east London, where he discovered American football after his dad encouraged him to give the sport a try. After developing with Saracens, Dartfordians and Kent Exiles, Adam earned his place at the NFL Academy by impressing across multiple combines.

Adam joined the Academy knowing it was the best pathway to continue his development and pursue his ambition of playing college football in the United States. Alongside football, he studies Business, Economics and Psychology.

Away from the field, Adam enjoys trying new food. A fan of the New England Patriots, he looks up to Joe Alt as he continues his journey as an offensive lineman.
