Theo was born in Croydon, South London and began his sporting journey playing rugby at a young age. He later transitioned to American football, playing for the London Warriors and representing Great Britain at the U19 level.

He connected with the NFL Academy through social media and participated in a joint scrimmage, where he impressed the coaches and earned his place in the program.

Alongside his studies in BTEC Business, he enjoys basketball, music, and gaming. A fan of the Arizona Cardinals, he draws inspiration from players like Jason Kelce and Trent Williams.
