Brendan was born in Montreal, Quebec and raised in Ottawa and St Thomas, Ontario, where he discovered American football through his dad. After his father encouraged him to try the sport in a local house league, Brendan quickly developed a passion for the game and knew it was something he wanted to pursue.

Brendan earned his opportunity to join the NFL Academy through a Canadian university mega camp. He chose the Academy because of the high level of coaching and the opportunity to continue his education while developing as a football player abroad.

Away from the field, Brendan enjoys volleyball and gaming. A fan of the New England Patriots, he looks up to Julio Jones as he continues his journey as a Tight End.
