Riley was born in Inverness, Scotland and raised in Maidstone, Kent, where he began his American football journey after his parents signed him up to play for his local team. A two-time Division 2 South champion, Riley has developed into a versatile offensive lineman capable of playing across the interior line.

Riley discovered the NFL Academy through the combines after wanting to take the sport more seriously. Encouraged by a friend a few years older who introduced him to the programme, Riley saw it as the perfect opportunity.

Alongside football, Riley is studying Sport and enjoys playing soccer, building with Lego and gaming on PlayStation. A fan of the Buffalo Bills, Riley looks up to Jason Kelce.
